Job Posting Details

The appointee will assist in management of research and development projects across disciplines in the Centre for AI Research (CAiRE) ( but primarily within the School of Engineering, organization of events for external PR, meeting arrangements as well as internal and external communications. The appointee is expected to help draft/review press releases and grant proposals together with faculty members. The appointee is also expected to work with student helpers and/or professional designers on social media channels.

Applicants should have a PhD degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and several years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in higher education sector. The ideal candidate should be well-organized with good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, as well as an excellent command of spoken and professional written English. He/She should be self-motivated, attentive to details and multi-task oriented; and be able to work independently in a dynamic work environment. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
