Job Posting Details

The appointee will perform the following job duties together with and under the supervision of faculty members:

(a) Literature search and review;
(b) Develop instruments based on existing scales and interview feedback;
(c) Administer online or onsite surveys and liaise with companies regarding data collection;
(d) Data coding and analyses (e.g. factor analysis, regression analysis); and
(e) Any other duties related to the research project (e.g. draft report).

Applicants should have a PhD degree preferably in human resource management (HRM) and organizational behavior (OB). Knowledge of competency model and assessment is a plus. Familiarity with commonly used research methods (e.g. interviews, scale development and validation) and statistic packages (e.g. SPSS and Mplus) in HRM/OB are required. The appointee should be able to take initiative and work collaboratively. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
