Role Descriptions

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Reservations Department, including providing courteous, efficient and professional service to create an experience for all reservations calls and emails. Create room booking and maintaining database accuracy.

Job Requirements

Experience - 1 year working experience in any guest contact position
Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Technical/ functional competencies - experience in computer skills (Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint), type & write in Chinese is preferable, knowledge of Opera is a plus
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
