  • Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
  • At least 5 years relevant post-qualification site experience including 3 years working experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector, or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the construction works and provide assistance to the Designers / Project Manager on all aspects of supervision of Building Services work on site within the contracts and the up-keeping and maintenance of site records, including labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site etc
  • Good communication skill and command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

This position will be on a contract basis to work at the site office under Kai Tak Project for 12 months which may be lengthened or shortened subject to project development. Standard working hours will be 6 days per week. Attractive remuneration package with gratuity will be offered to the successful candidates.
