Responsibilities

  • Prepare various HR reports, such as headcount, o-chart, turnover rate and other analysis reports;
  • Maintain the employee data, attendance and leave record in a timely and professional manner;
  • Assist in staff on board arrangement;
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to the department;
  • Arrange staff employment contract and related documentation
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in business admin or HRM, or related disciplines
  • HR experience in small and medium enterprises preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with ability to do multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good team-player
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
