The English Schools Foundation (ESF) was established in 1967 and is the largest education foundation in Asia offering a liberal education through the medium of the English language to children of school age. ESF now operates five secondary schools, nine primary schools, two "all-through" Private Independent Schools, five kindergartens and a school for students with special needs. Responsibilities

Bradbury School is seeking to appoint a Resources Assistant to support the operation of the school’s resources department.

The candidate is expected to work in a busy resource room, providing administrative support, supplying stationery, producing a variety of reprographic requests, inventory keeping, sourcing, purchasing teaching materials. Good knowledge of computer skills (Google Chrome / MS Office / Illustrator / Photoshop) is preferred.

Requirements

The post holder must have a good command of English and Chinese. Ability to work independently, willing to help and support others, and a good team spirit is essential. Appropriate qualifications and previous experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage. The successful applicant must be able to work flexible hours as needed from time to time.

This is a full-time position. The position is available from 1st August, 2019.

Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
