Resourcing Officer (Job ID: 2235)

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the business lines and understand their resourcing needs.
  • To manage the recruitment, selection and hiring process to ensure the staffing needs of a designated portfolio are met.
  • To ensure recruitment and staff movements are in compliance with the Bank's approval processes.
  • To manage all administrative details and eliminate non-value added activities related to resourcing function.
  • To participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in any disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in human resources management.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes is preferred.
  • Well-versed in employment related ordinances and regulations.
  • A good team player, proactive, mature and detail-minded.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage.
