Responsible Officer (Type 1,4,9)

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Finance / Economics or related

disciplines

- Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Type

1,4,9 regulated activities

- At least 5-8 years or above sales and business development

experience with solid exposure in fund is required

- Strong client network and portfolios with ability to meet sales performance and revenue

- Familiar with SFC rules and regulatory  

- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, sales-oriented and problem solving skills

- Fluency in written & spoken Mandarin, good command of English and Cantonese

Responsibilities:

- Explore market activity and trends for business development and opportunities

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to provide high standard of client service

- Assist in fund raising and participate in investment products launch

- Conduct market research and sales performance report to analyze the risk and return

- Formulate, implement and monitor daily operation to ensure the

workflow is complied with the regulatory rules and requirements

- Handle ad hoc assignments as requested
