Responsibilities:

  • Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 4 & 9 regulated activities
  • Supervise daily securities operations, including local and overseas market
  • Formulate, review and update the operations procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Provide support and assist to senior management on firm’s investment function
  • Implement business development and marketing plan
     

Requirements:

  • University graduates in business related disciplines 
  • Minimum 4 years management experience 
  • SFC registered RO/Qualified Technical Representative for license 4 & 9
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua
  • Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
  • Technical Representative at least 5 year relevant experience (2 years of management experience) also consider
