Client Details

Our client is an international Asian cuisine restaurant/ cafe with rapid market growth. To cope with recent market growth in Asia Pacific, they are currently looking for candidates with strong and detail-minded calibre to join them as Restaurant Manager.

Description

  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practice

Profile

  • F.5 or above
  • Have a strong understanding of the retail and F&B industry and brand
  • Strong ability of internal and external communication, coordination and implementation
  • Excellent motivational and communication skills
