The Restaurant Manager at Black Sheep Restaurants is responsible for overseeing the flow of service, and catering to the individual needs of restaurant guests.  This team member supports the Operations Manager, specific responsibilities include, but not limited to: troubleshooting service issues, training/hiring staff, creating and maintaining work checklists, interacting with guests to create the desired environment, event management, working with the marketing team on promotions, writing the nightly-report.

 

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of within the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year managerial experience
  • Specific Japanese Izakaya Knowledge
  • Experience working in Western cities; understanding of multiple cultures and cuisines
  • Experience in managing restaurants, in order to control costs and regulate standards
  • Superior English written and oral communications skills.
  • Degree in Hospitality
