Responsibilities:

  • To ensure smooth operations with the goal of effective staff functions in a cost effective manner
  • To work with Executive Chef to develop and execute operational plans for the entire operations
  • To drive customer satisfaction and to further enhance clienteles's dining experience through operational performance
  • To work with multiple departments to ensure smooth operational integrations of new promotions, products and services into the restaurant and bar system
  • To aim at offering exceptional dining experience to customers, staff training plans to be developed and to conduct on-the-job training, product training & upselling training to the employees at all levels
  • To achieve and surpass budgeted revenues
  • To drive continuous improvement and to bring benefits to the business
  • To assist in the project development and implementation of new menus,etc. 
  • To manage a FOH team with 10 staff


Requirements:

  • 6-8 years’ experience in catering services / hospitality industry
  • Hospitality college with professional training is preferred
  • Hands on PC skills
  • Well versed in the up-trend F&B industry with demonstrated skills in innovative thinking and strategic planning
  • Good communication skills, presentation and customers service skills
