The Job

Outstanding opportunity for a Food and Beverage professional to join an iconic destination for gastronomy in Asia. Based in the vibrant metropolis of Hong Kong, this dynamic operation caters to a wide range of elite local clientele and esteemed international guests. An ideal role for someone looking to grow a career within a 3 Michelin Stars Restaurant in an International Brand luxury hotel, with the MOST Awarded Michelin Stars under one roof in the world.

You will work closely with the Director of Caprice and the Chef, in order to provide guests a memorable experience. With your passion and leadership, you will drive the team to achieve greater heights in the Michelin and Forbes awards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Michelin star restaurants
  • Solid and clear communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of guests and employees
  • High proficiency in English is essential, and having Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset
  • Passionate, creative and has good business acumen
