At the moment, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager – The Chef’s Table to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily operations of one or more full-service food & beverage outlets to obtain maximum profit and maximum guest satisfaction
  • Assist to coordinate and direct any special events in restaurant
  • Minimize wastage on food and beverage by close monitoring and enforcing standard operating procedures
  • Upselling Food & Beverage products and other facilities of the hotel
  • Conduct inventory of bar stocks. Purchase additional stock when appropriate
  • Oversee the management of restaurants and kitchen operations
  • Maintain and continuously improve in beverage and food sales
  • Forecasting demand and prepare inventory and operation manning
  • Assist to design promotional materials as directed by Director of Food & Beverage
  • Anticipate and prepare for change in market demands and trends; revise operations when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • 4 years or above and related experience including supervisory experience in Food & Beverage Operation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Holder of diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated, with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often
  • Will be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Less working experience will be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager
