Responsibilities:

  • Trains store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials
  • Provide the best customer service Answer customer inquiries base on their requirements
  • Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers
  • Increase store profit by ensure the level of stock and floor are in the store 
  • Purchases inventory by researching emerging products
  • Travel to other countries to assist in store operation and opening if necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a retail assistant manager or higher position is an advantage
  • Experiencing in team leading and managing is a must
  • Skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving attitude and flexibility to work in shifts
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Candidate might be required for business trip
