Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in office administration, with solid experience in Retail industry is definitely an advantage
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC knowledge, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Retail Executive


Job Description

  • Assist Retail Operations Department to enforce the implementation and maintain the consistency of operations policies and procedures
  • Compile sales and operations reports
  • Provide customer service supports
  • Perform administrative functions
  • Provide supports for network expansion, i.e. store renovation and new store opening
  • Work with Merchandising Department (Buyer) to facilitate collection launching and inventory management (including consolidation, transfer and stock take)
  • Store visit for structured, organized and high attention to store operation details
  • Assist Commercial Manager for cost control
  • Facilitate RBO activities related to Retail team. Handling multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Collect feedback from stores and follow up with relevant departments to improve business and operations efficiency
  • Assist the stores for managing / developing VIP / database and monitor the results of Mystery Shopper Visit
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager
