Program objectives:

  • To provide a fast-track career development program for high potential to mid-Store Management level.
  • A detailed training plan that provides comprehensive on-the-job trainings and classroom trainings to develop both technical and managerial competencies of the trainees.

 

Training Plan:

Sales Assistant > Leader > Supervisor > Assistant Store Manager > Store Manager

Requirements:

  • Recent tertiary-educated graduates with major in Business or Fashion-related disciplines are welcomed
  • Fresh graduate with high potential will be considered
  • Keen interest in developing a career in store operations
  • Familiar with fashion trends
  • Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Logical, analytical and good problem solving skills
  • Pleasant and able to work in fast pace environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient PC skills in MS Office
  • Experience in working in fashion retailing would be an advantage
