Responsible:

  • Responsible for sales and retail operations of the brands in the region of Hong Kong & Macau;
  • Directly supervise area managers to achieve KPIs and sales target;
  • Report to Director on daily basis and assist Director in planning, execution of sales plans;
  • Be a role model to foster a sense of ownership among area managers / store managers and to increase efficiency of store operations;
  • Lead area managers / store managers productively on managing well all store functions including staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual presentation, customer services and overall store operations;
  • Review inventory in each store on regular basis and ensure compliance with brand and stocking directives;
  • Frequently shop visit and schedule roster by direct supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in fashion retail industry
  • Self-motivated, independent, result oriented;
  • Good commend of English and Cantonese.
  • Good MS computer skills, e.g. WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT
