Retail Operation Manager

Our Client, a Global Luxury Retail Chain Store in Watch Product, now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position: 

Retail Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to Retail Director
  • Job with different parties to provide all-rounded back up to shops
  • Guarantee the softness and effectiveness of daily operation and to halt responsive if there’s any room for enhancement
  • Retail front-line staffing managing including man-power arrangement, recruitment, staff growth, punitive related issues handling…etc
  • Assist Retail Director in setting valuable deals tools and strategy different motivation / motivation arrangements
  • Manage store open, close and renovation projects
  • To bring the operation of the shop Operative Manual to the front line
  • Retain operation forecast with and review with financial information 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 5-8years’ experience in Retail Operation function, At least 3 years in managerial level.
  • Experience in Luxury Watch chains store is highly preferred
  • Good communication skills with different people at all levels
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good command in MS applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
