  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the implementation of revenue management methods in the hotel to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customer’s needs.
  • Analyse the hotel performance in the RMS as a basis for strategy decisions.
  • Establish, enhance and maintain productive quality working relationships with key internal and external partners.
  • Responsible for the implementation of RM methods in a dedicated hotel in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customer’s needs
  • By day, by segment to identify distress or peak periods and initiate appropriate strategies
  • Developing tracking tools to monitor implementation and impact of internet pricing strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or other related disciplines with min. 5 - 10 years’ relevant experience in hotel industry
  • A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
