We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Rewards and Offers Manager, Data and Analytics

In this role, you will

  • Define requirements for the data products to cover the rewards and offers solutions
  • Work with the digital team to use data and intelligence to shape the customer journey
  • Work with IT to source and deliver the data and structure to support the business objectives.  This may include sourcing third party data and creating derived intelligence for contextual offers that match customer profile, behaviour and situational background
  • Work with the offers team to ensure the capture of the offers is appropriate for our needs and leverage AI to fill gaps and minimise the amount of data capture.  Solutions to include Home and Away offers
  • Coordinate messaging integration with Communication Hub for end to end delivery, notably for the mobile experience. 
  • Lead the team to deliver using agile techniques to deliver capability iteratively as part of a wider initiative 

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
  • Extensive banking experience in Customer Relationship Management, business analysis and data analytics.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills are required, including the capacity to articulate the case for information management in the language of business.
  • Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal or external stakeholders
  • Have sufficient technical knowledge to understand a data model and determine gaps, be able to instruct a data scientist to build a model and could define detailed data and reporting requirements. 
  • The individual must be a strong communicator, able to simplify and clearly explain rather complex patterns to senior stakeholders
  • The individual should be capable of leading IT people and technical analysts, running and leading cross functional and geographical teams.
