Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on risk matters to ensure company risk policies, procedures and practices are in full compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Assist and participate in the development and implementation on risk enhancement management
  • Review and test periodically to ensure risks are covered with appropriate actions to mitigate
  • Draft and review risk policies and procedures
  • Prepare regular risk and management reports for senior management
  • Provide guidance and deliver training for risk management to staff
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Risk Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, Law or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' experience in risk management, compliance or operation experience in pension fund or finance industry
  • Experience gained in multinational corporations is an advantage
  • Familiar with Mandatory Provident Fund Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other related Ordinances
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
