Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal safety and quality audits on all safety and quality aspects in advertising business operations and prepare performance reports for management review
  • Monitor the implementation of safety and quality management systems and conduct regular safety training courses for frontline operatives
  • Organize and coordinate safety and quality audits with internal and external parties for identifying the areas of improvement in safety and quality management systems
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for on-site activities
  • Conduct accident / incident investigation based on the factual analysis of root causes and to provide solid recommendations with improvement measures on driving safe operations to the required standards
  • Provide professional advices and guidance to the operations and project teams to develop and extend collaboration that encourages knowledge sharing culture on safety and quality management and improves organizational learning opportunities
  • Undertake ad-hoc safety projects as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Occupational Safety and Health or other related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in operational roles with multiple disciplines
  • Able to work independent with minimum supervision and has a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
  • Strong planning and organizing capabilities
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge includes Microsoft applications
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Nightshift work is necessary
