Responsibilities :

- Ensure Customer Order fulfillment Process With the objective to generate maximum customer satisfaction

- Contact sales force, Asia customers and warehouses via phone and emails on sales orders, customer issues and misc admin matters

- Process orders received and follow shipment delivery

- Prepare order and shipping document

- Follow up service after sales issues

- Follow up problems with the warehouses

- Relief team member's duties when they are on vacation

 

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in any discipline

- 1-2 years experience in sales administration related field but not a must

- Good computer skills (MS Office)

- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

- Immediate available is preferred

- Fresh graduate would also be considered
