Responsibilities :

 

- Ensure smooth Order Fulfilment Process with the objective to generate maximum customer satisfaction with the Greater Asia region
 
- Manage administration tasks and enable the deliveries to customer in optimal condition
 
- Handle After Sales Services duties
 
- Settle customers complains and inquiries
 
- Complete occasional tasks relating to customers
 
- Follow orders and shipments with required rules and policies
 
- Manage backorders in relation with customers and sales force

 

 

Requirements:

-Diploma or above in any discipline

-1-2 years experience in sales administration related field but not a must

-Good computer skills (MS Office)

-Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

-Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

-Immediate available is preferred

-Fresh graduate would also be considered
