Responsibilities: 

  • Follow up and process customers’ orders 
  • Prepare quotations / sales doc and delivery documents
  • Provide clerical support including data entry, filing and record updating

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year’s working experience
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing and MS office, e.g. Word, Excel
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, preferably good command of Mandarin
