Title: Sales & Administration Officer

Working location: Lai Chi Kok

Office hours: 9:00am to 18:00pm (from Mon to Fri) and 9:00am to 13:00pm (alternative duty in SAT)

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

•Handle general office administration and secretarial work as required;

•Perform administrative and office support activities;

•Handle and supervise billing functions, ie: petty cash;

•Review and analyze accounting transactions;

•Ad-hoc work as request

 

Requirement:

•Bachelor degree in Business Admin or related discipline;

•At least 5 years experiences in Admin/Accounting/HR;

•Ambition to learn new skills across different fields;

•Positive attitude, outgoing and a team player;

•Detail-oriented, patient and the ability to work under pressure;

• Required languages English & Mandarin

• Can communication in Japanese Speaking

•Advanced/intermediate in Microsoft Office and Excel.
