Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Business Development Team including preparation and documentation of documents, coordination of meetings and provision of all types of clerical and administrative support to sales and marketing activities.

Position Responsibilities:


• Providing clerical and administration support of the department including but not limited to preparation of sales & marketing materials, maintenance of proper documentation & filing system, coordination of internal or external meetings for Sales & Marketing.
• Prepare proposals and draft agreement.
• Handling general enquiries from existing clients and business partners.
• Prepare sales analysis reports for management review.
• Preparation of all types of internal and external reports by consolidating data provided by other departments.
• Conducting market research and preliminary analysis to support sales and marketing activities.
• Providing support on ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.
• Ensure timely update of sales activities e.g. (SalesForce).
• Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.

Education & Experience


• Diploma holder or Bachelor Degree in Marketing /Business related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in Sales & Marketing support / would be good have experience.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, track and manage assigned tasks on time.
• Detail-minded, well-organized and possess good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English & Cantonese (including Mandarin)
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
