Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team
  • Monitor and follow up on quotation, schedules, invoices and payments
  • Coordinate with both internal & external business related parties
  • Assist in preparing sales and presentation materials
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience on sales administration/coordination
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills, presentable, independent, detail-minded and able to work as a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
