US jewelry manufacturer and exporter with office in Hong Kong and factory in China Panyu – main markets are US and Europe - is looking for a SALES ADMINISTRATOR – with details as follows :
  • Tertiary eduacation is highly prefer
  • Proven experience in sales supporting role
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese
  • Responsible for providing support to the Sales Team
  • The role is to become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
  • The goal is to facilitate the sales team's activities so as to maximize their performance
  • Coordinate the sales team by managing their schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Assist sales the sales teammates in preparing all sales-related documents and keep central database of all materials
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Manage showroom and samples
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • No trips needed
  • 5 days work
