Duties

  • Handle order processing, prepare invoice and delivery documents for customers
  • Handle customers clearance documents and arrange logistics with forwarder
  • Handle phone enquiries, data entry and document filing
  • Daily communication and coordination with sales team and logistic team on stock and delivery issues
  • Provide daily administration/clerical support
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  •  Form 5 or above
  • 1 year experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive and pleasant personality, good trouble shooting skills
  • Able to speak mandarin & Immediate available prefer
  • Fresh Graudate are also welcome 
  

Remuneration

5-day work, Double Pay, Bonus, Medical and attractive remuneration package to the right person.
