Their team strives to provide professional services for a wide range of banking products to address customers' different services and financial needs, as well as providing high-quality customer service to their VIP customers. They are currently seeking high calibre professionals to join our team as Senior Card and Loans Officer (Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Junior Cards and Loans Officer).

Description

  • Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound channels to provide professional hotline services related to enquiries, and promotion of banking products such as credit cards, loans, and mortgages.
  • Cross-sell Investment & Insurance products to assist in achieving the department sales revenue targets.
  • Maintain high-service quality according to the standard and policies of the departments service expectations.
  • Coordinate and liaise with relevant departments to ensure the implementation of service procedures is followed correctly and complies within regulation.
  • Provide an excellent service to customers and respond in a timely manner to any feedback to drive service improvement and better customer experience.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the service provided and assist in developing techniques to optimize team productivity.

Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Form Five or DSE graduates with relevant work experience will be considered for the Junior Position.
  • Willing to work on flexi-hours - required to work one overnight shift per week with a salary incentive added.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Retail Banking, Call Centre or Telemarketing business.
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure and remain highly professional.
  • Excellent communication, language and interpersonal skills to be able to converse with a range of clients and customers.
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be a plus.
