Responsibilities:

  • Handle client’s inquiries and day-to-day operations in Sales Department
  • Establish and maintain a strong network with partnership Company
  • Communication between suppliers and potential customers
  • Follow Up Client with Customer Services Skill
  • Provide after sales services to exiting client


Requirements:

  • High diploma or above ( Bachelor’s Degree preferred )
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good common of written English & Chinese
  • At least one year working experience, customer services or sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Mature, self-motivated, outgoing, service-oriented and responsible


工作範疇:

  • 處理潛在客戶查詢及支援銷售部日常工作
  • 與客戶及供應商建立及保持良好關係
  • 為已有潛在客戶和產品供應機構作中間人溝通,了建客戶並提供合適建議
  • 處理潛在客戶問題 及 售後服務


入職要求:

  • 文憑或以上 (大學學位或以上優先)
  • 有良好溝通技巧
  • 良好中英文書寫技巧
  • 一年或以上銷售或客戶服務經驗
  • 能獨立工作、有責任感,喜歡外勤工作
