The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for working with the company’s founder and sales team to ensure that Mingtiandi’s customer service, client relationship, and marketing programs are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Capturing and qualifying new sales leads using the company’s CRM system
  • Managing events in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai
  • Drafting and submitting proposals for senior executives at Fortune 500 companies and other company clients
  • Assisting the company’s CEO in meetings with client firms
  • Preparation and implementation of sales agreements
  • Ensuring timely fulfillment of client bookings and renewal of existing client contracts
  • Providing monthly campaign performance reports to existing clients

Qualifications:

  • University degree in business administration, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or marketing experience is preferred (New graduate with development potential can also be considered).
  • Previous experience with online CRM software, such as Salesforce.com is helpful
  • Experience with a media organisation would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of real estate investment and development is helpful
  • Candidates will need to work professionally in English
  • Candidates should already reside in Bangkok
