  • Handle incoming enquiries on sales process
  • Assist Sales Director to ensure smooth sales cycle
  • Provide administrative support on sales documents
  • Provide tailor-made solution to clients to increase retention
  • Assist with occasional events
  • Regional travel with Sales Director to support sizeable events

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Outgoing and energetic individual with a customer-centric mindset
  • Strong passion in the luxury industry
  • Individual with strong initiatives and able to work independently
