  • Degree holder with fluent spoken English and Mandarin
  • 2-5 yrs Relationship Management / Client Service Support / Sales Support experience with Private Bank / Wealth Management / Securities Brokerage / Investment Bank
  • Strong investment product knowledge and advisory Service
  • Knowledge in Risk management / KYC / Legal & Regulatory in an advantage


Job Purpose


  • To provide administrative services to clients and Relationship Manager in relation to client on boarding, investments and transactions by coordinating between the relevant support and operations functions




  • Handle administrative work for Relationship Managers and liaise with relevant departments to execute transactions
  • Answer queries from RMs on transactional activity, operations, systems and resolve successfully
  • Assist RMs in marketing and executing investment products
  • Assist RMs in monitoring clients' position
  • Handle all client documents and reporting comply with internal process standards
  • Highlight suspicious activities/behavior of clients and staff e.g.account irregularities. Attend all Private Bank Compliance and other training
  • To alert and assist RMs in marketing investment products whenever appropriate
  • To play a significant role in minimizing operational losses
  • Handle clients' enquiries /needs and assist in servicing their requirement
  • Understand the Bank's CDD/AML framework.
  • Highlight any suspicious transactions to RM's,team leader's and Compliance.
  • Assist RMs in preparing information/documentation for COD submission
  • To establish good rapport with clients and service their needs effectively and on a timely basis
  • To input the dealine to the systems or raise appropriate deal tickets and complete the tasat high efficiency, high accuracy, fast speed and minimal errors
  • Raise standards of service by proactively providing relevant information to CAs especiallaccount investigations
  • Support for RMs when they are away from office
  • Able to update the spreadsheet of the clients'positions
