We are looking for an ambitious, confident person to find and develop opportunities for office design projects, cultivate customer relationships, and build a sales channel with suitable industry partners. Design / architecture experience is highly preferred but not required. B2B sales of services (i.e. soft products) experience is necessary. This person will be promoting our company's creativity, capabilities, and credentials to potential clients, so an open and creative mind is essential.

 

Daily Tasks:

  • B2B Lead Generation
  • General Sales Activities
  • Prepare Sales Support Materials
  • Participate in Presentations
  • Update Customer Database
  • Develop, Maintain and Improve Business Relations with Customers
  • Work with other teammates to meet Personal and Company Sales Targets

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • University graduate with 3+ years working experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Strong selling technique, creative, independent, able to meet deadlines
  • Self-managed individual with dynamic personality good relationship skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Apps
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Fluency communicating (speaking and writing) in English is MANDATORY.
  • Cantonese and/or Mandarin ability is a plus.

 

A generous sales-driven compensation package (base + commission) including 5 days workperformance bonusmedical plan and excellent career advancement opportunities will be offered to the right candidate.
