International freight forwarder specialized in Asia Europe trade with Regional office in Hong Kong – we are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – with details as follows :
  • Post secondary education
  • Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding industry; with proven sales track record for free hand business;
  • Familiar with Transpacific markets would be advantage;
  • Self motivated, aggressive and independent;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Good communication of Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Good PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Responsible for developing sales targets and strategies, and overseeing that these targets are met
  • Initiative to source new clients, includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations
  • Report to the sales manager with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets
  • Attending conferences and functions where the promotion of the company's services is possible, and they must prepare and give sales presentations
  • Give accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding the services available, offering a range of moving solutions appropriate to the client
  • Assists the composing of all Sales and Marketing material
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 12 days
