GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Sales Consultant will seek new clients, build business relationships, present persuasively and close deals. This is a largely independent field sales role for a Sales Consultant with a high degree of business maturity. Through training, the Sales Consultant will acquire expertise in MDS offerings including tools, workshop content and coaching components.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate new business development targeting large companies and MNCs for strategic partnerships.
  • Independently call on mid to senior-level executives and other representatives and effectively lead sales consultations.
  • Diagnose and assess client needs, using the full range of design solutions and present persuasively.
  • Design account strategy and business development to develop new and existing accounts.
  • Close deals to achieve sales quotas and targets.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B selling to large companies and MNCs is required.
  • Degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • A stable work history and successful sales track-record is essential.
  • Consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in lead generation, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure is required.
  • A positive mindset, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity are critical to success in this role.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential.
