SALES COORDINATOR (17K-19K) - Japanese international trading (TST East/5 days)

THE COMPANY :

• Member of Japan listed multinational company
• Import & export trading company for general merchandise goods
• We are looking for SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Perform order processing
• Follow up delivery orders from suppliers to customers
• Follow delivery schedules with suppliers and factories
• Arrange documentations and coordinate with forwarders to arrange shipment to customers
• F.5 graduates
• Diploma holder is a plus
• 2-5 years work experience in trading/manufacturing/supply chain/logistics companies or related
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Experience in order processing/sales coordination is highly prefer
• Knowledge in logistics flow is a plus
• Mon to Fri : 9am-6pm; 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Medical benefit
• Annual leave : 13 days (1st year); 16 days (starting 3rd year)
• OT paid $$
