Japanese electronic component trading company is looking for a SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
  • F.5 graduates
  • Post secondary education is a plus
  • 1 to 2 years order following/sales coordination/customer service/sales support/logistics experience
  • Experience in Electronics component / device / EMS field is a plus
  • Business level in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Experience in Japanese companies is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Responsible for providing sales support to the Sales Team
  • Follow up quotation, sales order and delivery schedule
  • Process purchase orders and sales invoices
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to arrange delivery of goods
  • Data entry, filing and other clerical support to the Sales Team
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary
