Listed global technology company engaged in the design, manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of electronic products (smart energy / smart home / IoT products) – with focus in OEM/ODM clients for US, Europe and Japan market – over 100 staff in HK office and over 5000 workers in Shenzhen factory – we are looking for a SALES COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
  • Tertiary education is preferable
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and / or sales coordinating
  • Self-motivated and with cross-selling experience preferred
  • Mature, detailed and multi-tasking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Manage orders with dealers
  • Provide customer service to direct online customers
  • Follow up sales orders – invoicing and payment
  • Liaise with Warehouse and Logistics for on-time delivery
  • Prepare sales report
  • Maintain customer database and ERP system
  • Issue Purchase Order to vendors
  • 5 days work
