Client Details

Our client is a UK based company focusing on electronic components manufacturing for over 50 years. They have offices across APAC and European area. Hong Kong is one of their regional offices and they are looking for talents to join their sales support team.


  • Responsible for sales order processing and sales related documents
  • Issue sales and purchase confirmation
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order processing
  • Liaise with customers for delivery and payment arrangement
  • Follow up after sales issues
  • Handle customer inquiry and correspondence
  • Facilitate in ad hoc duties as required


  • Experience in sales coordination work
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel such as Pivot Table and VLookUp
  • Fluent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills

Job Offer

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:30
  • 13 months pay + bonus
