Due to the business expansion in the APAC area, they are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join their Customer Service team.

With over 40 years of experience in the airline amenities industry, our client operates globally and collaborates with 50+ airlines and brand partners. With a mind to further expand their APAC business in 2020, they are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join their Customer Service team. Description

  • Work closely with customer service and sales department in coordinating various trading projects with international clients
  • Prepare tender submissions, samples, presentations and calculations
  • Issue quotation, follow up with sales orders, invoices and delivery arrangements
  • Respond to customers enquiries via phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Handle complaints and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Profile

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of working experience in sales administration for international trading organisations (Preferably in the airline industry)
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Willing to learn and strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint)
