Duties:

  • Follow up sales inquiries / sales leads
  • Responsible for handling PO from customers and PO processing to vendor
  • Prepare quotations / project costing and delivery documents
  • Provide clerical and administrative support 
  • Keep track of sales orders and follow up delivery with suppliers
  • Handle enquiries phone call, data entry and document filing
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience is preferable
  • Good command of spoken and written English 
  • Good in MS office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
  • Good Presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive, Self-motivated, well organized, good responsible and willing to learn
