Description

  • Handle enquiries from Sales & Customer Services Department

  • Prepare quotation, sales invoice, accounts receivable and other sales administration duties
  • Follow up orders and coordinate shipments between factories and business partners
  • Follow up sample at different stages, purchase order raising and related documents to suppliers
  • Keep track on production line and provide after-sales service

Profile

  • At least 1+ year of sales admin experience is preferable, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded and task-oriented
  • Team player and multitasker
  • Process good knowledge in MS Excel (Vlookup/ Pivot Table)
  • SAP/ERP user is an advantage
