Our client, a reputable Japanese manufacturer, is seeking for a sales coordinator to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Import & Export spare parts between China, US, Japan and some countries in overseas
  • Order taking/ shipping arrangement, making shipping document and quotation
  • Coordinate each party’s request in between factory and customer the shipping arrangement in between manufacturer and customer
  • Coordinate with shipping company and forwarder
  • Follow up the status of actual sales against budget & check the reason, report to Assistant Manager and Manager weekly & monthly
  • Prepare weekly & monthly sales report, project report and business trip report etc.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above
  • 1-2 year of relevant working experience in Trading company.  Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Experience in negotiating and coordinating inquiry
  • Familiar with shipping procedure in both import & export trade
  • Deadline sensitive, good time management, patient, willing to learn and positive
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Mandarin.  Japanese will be preferable but not a must
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel), Word and PowerPoint are preferred
