Our client, an international retail brand with its own manufacturing plant, is recruiting a professional calibre for the position of Sales Director. Reporting to Managing Director, the job holder is responsible for developing and managing the clients for its manufacturing business.

Job Responsibilities:
Accountable to develop business for the factory

Clients portfolio are mainly but not limited to companies in leather goods and shoes business

Maximize the business opportunities to manufacturing at their factory

Manage licensing and provide product training to the wholesale partners

Improve and maintain the overall sales efficiency

Work closely with internal departments such as factory, merchandising and logistic team

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above

10 years of experience above in B2B sales

Experience in manufacturing business is an advantage

Strong network with leather goods and shoes companies

Good negotiation and problem solving skills

Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Willing to travel to China occasionally
