Basic salary around 40 - 60K+ plus year end bonus ( depends on your experience )
新產品(預制組件)如下:防彈玻璃屋,玻璃別墅,教堂式玻璃建築,沙灘及泳池玻璃小屋,餐廳玻璃店鋪﹐歐洲式玻璃反光樹屋等等。
目標客戶郡:各國地產商,酒店集團,渡假村集團,教堂及婚禮場地公司,富豪或地主。

Duties:

  • Lead the team to hit assigned sales target
  • Maintain existing client base and identify new business opportunities, especially in China and Asia or Eurpoe Market
  • Work closely with both internal and external departments to meet with customers' requirement


Requirements:

  • High Dip / Degree or above
  • 10 years or above solid related sales working experience and 3 years or above as management level
  • Good negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Have a strong clients base in selling Building Material/Furniture/Out Door Product/House Product/Glass House or related products, this is an advantage
  • Responsible for the handling an operation of sales and marketing of all aspects of daily routines, sales and business planning, compliance, governance, contract variations, dispute resolution, ad hoc requests from the Chairmen.
  • Have a strong B to B sales channel and cleints base such as Property developer, Hotels Group, Luxury Retailer or VIPs Guest.
  • To participate in decision making and business planning based on the market-oriented collection data and industry analysis in order to provide business analysis reports regularly
  • Good at both written and spoken of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
