Responsibilities:
 
  • Work with Sales team to interpret customers’ requirements and deliver solutions with the end-goal of sales in mind
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers
  • Provide answers to partner/customer questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the products
  • Arrange and lead training for partners/customers
  • Manage relationships with key partners/customers
  • Provide clear and accurate responses for RFPs and/or contribute technical solutions directly to proposal
  • Willingness to travel and devote long hours to challenging sales projects
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and system configuration
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Engineering team)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Be able to think critically and suggest improvements to the team that might lead to better product development
  • Provide feedback to the team as well as R&D for process or product improvement
 
Qualifications:
 
  • BS/MS degree in engineering or a related field
  • Fluent in both English/Cantonese
  • Communication skill in Mandarin/Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Proven working experience (5+ years) in web marketing solution industry or a related industry
  • Experience in sales/development of AI-based product is preferred
  • Development experience in Python is desirable
  • Strong ability to quickly comprehend and explain complex engineering concepts in simple, effective term
  • Strong networker who can reach out to partners and clients to offer support and assistance
  • Must be self-starter
  • Has a sense of optimism, resilience, and perseverance
